Depending on the contractor, this stage may include the main structure, roof, windows and doors, basic utility systems, interior plastering, floor screed and sometimes exterior insulation and facade finishing. The exact scope should always be checked in the estimate because different companies may include different work.
Final finishes, bathroom fixtures, furniture, kitchen, landscaping and other work may cost extra.
